Submissions

One of the main objectives of "The Forum" is to review and respond to requests from Federal and State Government bodies on the proposed changes to credit related legislation.

The Legislation Sub-Committee monitors and identifies proposed changes to Federal and State legislation and reviews the proposed changes, prepares a suitable Submission Paper, which is submitted by "The Forum" to the applicable Federal or State Government body.
